Welcome to Kahani Mahotsav, a cultural initiative to preserve and celebrate the magic of storytelling. By registering, participating, or attending the event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Participation

  • Participation is open to children, families, educators, storytellers, and general attendees.
  • Registrants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • ECMS reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion without prior notice.
  • All minors must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.

Code of Conduct

  • Participants must respect fellow attendees, artists, volunteers, and the organizing team.
  • Discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • All attendees are expected to uphold the spirit of community, creativity, and cultural appreciation.

Content & Intellectual Property

  • All performances, stories, and content shared during the Mahotsav are protected by copyright laws and remain the property of their respective creators.
  • No unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of content is allowed without prior written permission from ECMS or the respective content creator.
  • By participating, attendees may be photographed or recorded. ECMS reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes across platforms (including website and social media).

Event Changes or Cancellation

  • ECMS reserves the right to alter the program schedule, venue, or format (including virtual adaptations) if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of cancellation, participants will be notified via email or through the official social media channels.

Health & Safety

  • All participants must follow health, safety, and security guidelines as provided by event authorities.
  • In case of any emergency, ECMS and its partners will take necessary steps to ensure safety and well-being, but are not liable for personal injuries or lost belongings.

Liability Disclaimer

  • ECMS is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during the event.
  • Participants attend and engage in all sessions at their own risk.
  • ECMS and its affiliates are not liable for the views or content expressed by individual artists, performers, or attendees.

Data Privacy

  • By registering, you consent to the collection and limited use of your personal data for event communication and updates.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
