The Education Committee of The Maheshwari Samaj, Jaipur, is proud to present the first-ever MPS Kahani Mahotsav, a grand storytelling festival designed to inspire imagination and instill values in children. As the committee celebrates 100 years of excellence in education, this Mahotsav is a heartfelt tribute to nurturing young minds through the magic of stories.
Where Stories Spark Imagination & Learning Comes Alive!
The Education Committee of The Maheshwari Samaj, Jaipur, is proud to present the first-ever MPS Kahani Mahotsav, a grand storytelling festival designed to inspire imagination and instill values in children. Scheduled for February 1st and 2nd, 2025, at the MPS campus, the event will open a world of learning through creativity, fun, and cultural richness.
This two-day festival will feature a variety of exciting and interactive sessions, including storytelling in different formats and languages (Hindi and English), dramatic performances, musical presentations, and engaging stage shows. Activities such as dance and drama, puppet shows, and value-based plays will captivate young audiences. Children will also enjoy hands-on creative experiences like Origami, Block Painting, Tie-Dye, Mandala Art, Clay Modeling, and more. These activities will encourage them to explore their creativity through art and expression.
Renowned storytellers and artists from cities across India—Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, and others—will join us, bringing their unique narratives and energy. Adding extra excitement, Doraemon’s voice artist, Sonal Kaushal, will make a special appearance, along with the beloved characters from Bhagwat Prabhu, making this event truly unforgettable for every child.
To participate in this magical journey, each child must register with a nominal fee of ₹200 only. As a special gesture, every registered participant will receive a delightful Goodie Bag, available for a limited time. The Mahotsav is open to all children, and we invite you to register early to ensure your child doesn’t miss out on this enriching experience.

A key feature of the Mahotsav is to help children step away from screens and engage in real-world storytelling that nurtures values, emotional intelligence, and communication. More than 50 storytelling corners will be set up, covering tales from Panchatantra, Vikram-Betal, Tenaliram, Akbar-Birbal, Jungle Tales, and many more timeless treasures. In addition, selected young authors will have the opportunity to present and discuss their own published work in front of a large audience.
